IPC History 

IPC is a retained Executive Search firm that is recognized as a federally-contracted, woman-owned, minority business. 


  • Established in 1996, IPC formed as International Placement Consulting, LLC  in Dallas, Texas.
  • 1997: IPC expands to opening a Seattle regional office, eventually growing a national client base with specialty niches in Non-profit, Healthcare, Legal and Staffing industry searches.  
  • 2001: IPC launched IPC Legal Search, a dedicated legal search and staffing division that specializes in the placement of permanent and project-based Attorney's.
  • 2005: IPC expands to the East Bay of Northern California.
  • 2008: IPC expands to Reno, Nevada. 
  • 2013: IPC expands to Austin, Texas and establishes Austin as IPC's Corporate Office.    
  • 2016: IPC expands to Mississippi.
  • 2019:  IPC is awarded Federal Grant to implement "Diversity Partnership Alliances".  The program fosters corporate training and development of diversity recruitment initiatives and will launch in September of 2020.
