Our Work

Christy Curtis is senior HR and talent acquisition leader with more than 25 years of experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Christy’s career includes executive search, leave coverage, talent strategy, HR consulting, and expert witness engagements spanning healthcare, academia, nonprofit, government, and corporate environments.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources, is a certified SPHR, and is Project Management–certified. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with leading organizations across public, healthcare, academic, and private sectors — including work within highly unionized environments. Her clients and in-house termed appointments have included The University of Texas, UHS, top-tier academic universities and health systems, leading law firms, Starbucks, the Gates Foundation, Amazon, Microsoft, and UW Medicine.​​​
