Christy has dedicated hundreds of hours to the communities and projects by supporting job coaching, career development, educational grant and training resources, and supporting neurodivergence, later-in-career, work capabilities and adaptations, marginally represented populations, and she is an advocate for prison recidivism reduction through career placement and access to self-sustaining life training and rehabilitation programs.
