Christy Curtis

Christy is the founding member of IPC Executive Search that began in a home-office in Dallas in January of 1996. She is the VP of our Recruitment team and leads our executive and "C" suite searches. Prior to 1996 Christy worked with Glaxo Pharmaceuticals for five years where she began a passionate career within the healthcare industry. She has over 20 years of experience in cross-functional sales, management, recruiting and human resources.

Christy has focused her career creating innovative solutions to the challenging issues of her clients within the healthcare and human capital industry. She believes in building strong relationships with clients, candidates and employees while facilitating the fulfillment of organizational development and career advancement.

Christy graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1987. She is currently obtaining a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration.

Dr. John White Jr. photo

Dr. John L. White, M.D. MBA, ACPE

Dr. White is a graduate of Harvard University and earned his M.D. degree from Duke University. He completed his Residency in Anesthesiology at Herman Hospital in Houston and was awarded a Fellowship in Clinical Pain Service at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dr. White is a Board certified Anesthesiologist with a sub-specialty certification in Pain Management. His completion of the MBA program at Southern Methodist University in 1998 assures continued physician leadership for American Pain & Wellness.

In addition to leading our physician group, Dr. White is the owner of Pain & Wellness, a private practice in Plano, Texas. Dr. White and his wife Jessica enjoy spending time with their two children.

Bryan Lowry

Corporate Operations


Bryan partnered with IPC in 2004. He leads and drives the operational and financial aspects of our organization.

Bryan contributes over 30 years of strategic organizational planning and leadership to IPC. He spent 20 years as a business owner in the financial industry. After attending Michigan State University, and prior to building financial lending branches throughout Northern California, Bryan built his career in Senior Management by spending 14 years within Management at Harrah’s in South Lake Tahoe.

Eric Steven Griesel, MBA, J.D., SPHR

Eric is a creative and innovative C-Suite Manager and Leader with a diverse record of successes in multi-site domestic and global operations. An acknowledged agile performer, Eric embodies all of the competencies necessary to help an organization attain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Following his service as a prosecutor and legal officer in the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General's Corps, Eric has spent most of his career in the C-Suite of privately-held corporations, helping create and implement sustainable organizational infrastructures specifically designed to surpass revenue expectations. A majority of that experience has been in the healthcare continuum, including hospitals, in and out-patient rehab facilities, pharmaceuticals, long term skilled nursing care, hospice and home-based healthcare.

Although Eric has contributes expertise to IPC in the critical areas of Risk Management, Human Resources and General Legal Counseling, perhaps his most recognized strength has been in leading IPC through measures of strategic planning.

By mastering key trending and engaging in strategic analysis, Eric is able to help shape an organization’s future landscape and insure the robust survival of the enterprise. Coupled with his ability to craft decisive strategic plans through the engineering and networking of knowledge and the capture and analysis of critical information, he is an indispensible asset in strategic leadership.

Eric has served in the roles of Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, Chief Legal Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Risk Management. In addition, he has served as legal counsel to several boards and non-profits organizations.

Eric has been an attorney for more than twenty years and is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, Georgia and Tennessee. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Colorado State University and went to graduate and law school at the University of Memphis.

With the depth of such critical expertise and the reputation for never over-promising or under-delivering, Eric is able to help organizations achieve a distinct competitive advantage.


Jodi Chavez
National Recruitment Advisor

Jodi has been an industry leader for over 20 years within National Staffing and Recruiting organizations. Jodi's industry knowledge and strategic management style have quickly merited her to be recognized as a highly regarded Executive within our industry. Jodi is the West Coast Senior Vice President for Ajilon, Accounting Principles, and Parker & Lynch, the financial divisions of Adecco.

Jodi has appeared on PTV's Georgia Business Review and has been featured in several publications across the country, including the Seattle Times, Portland Tribune, and Atlanta Business Journal as a subject matter expert in the field of Human Capital. Jodi is a published author and holds a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Eastern Washington University.

Paula Gadsby
Marketing and Client Liaison Advisor

Paula serves as an advisor and has developed our Marketing and Client Liaison programs. Paula joins our organization with career experience in Executive Search and Professional Staffing, with specific expertise around Sales, Marketing and Major Account Management.

Paula's strategic approach to Client Management emphasizes the development and implementation of tactical sales and marketing plans, targeting the "C" suite, pipeline expansion, client advocacy and service.

Paula represents our organization in the areas of project management, contract negotiation, presentations and profit-loss accountability. Additionally, Paula leads our marketing strategies, representing our "C" level search projects as a Client Liaison.
